Robert Prettie wins a ‘Committed to Health & Safety’ award

Plumbing and heating specialists, Robert Prettie, part of MITIE, has won a prestigious Committed to Health & Safety Award for their outstanding implementation of health and safety procedures and compliance with current legislation. The Committed to Construction in the East Midlands Awards ceremony was hosted by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and took place at the Marriott hotel in Leicester on 12 March. Over 250 guests from construction companies and local businesses in the East Midlands attended the awards ceremony. 

Robert Prettie, has been part of MITIE since 2007, offering plumbing, heating and mechanical services to domestic customers and commercial clients across the UK. Robert Prettie won the Committed to Health and Safety Award for their fantastic health and safety training, management, consultation and communication of processes, proving that health and safety is at the heart of their organisation. 

Mark Murphy, Managing Director of Robert Prettie said, “We’re delighted to win this award. Health and safety is a top priority for us and this award is great recognition of our work in this area. From our senior managers through to our people working on-site, everyone is committed to making sure health and safety procedures are followed and we’re always looking for ways to improve and get better at what we do.
