MITIE, the strategic outsourcing company, is celebrating winning a prestigious RoSPA Gold Occupational Health and Safety Award in its property management division. 

This year’s RoSPA Awards ceremony will take place in the Hilton Glasgow Hotel in September and is sponsored by NEBOSH (The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health), the leading health and safety professional examining body. 

The RoSPA Awards scheme is not only about reducing the number of accidents and cases of ill-health at work, it also encourages organisations to develop robust health and safety management systems. 

David Rawlins, RoSPA’s award manager said, “MITIE has shown commitment to protecting the health and well-being of its employees and others. Organisations which do this deserve to have such dedication recognised and that’s where the RoSPA Awards come in.”
