Mitie Property Services, the property management arm of Mitie, is to showcase its new value proposition at the Homes 2016 conference.
The conference, being held today at the London Olympia, is the UK’s only large-scale housing event that brings together professionals from local authorities, housing associations, housebuilders, with their lead advisors, across residential development, asset management and procurement. Through its industry networks and reach, Homes creates personal and business opportunities, providing customers with quality contacts, content and communities.
Mitie’s property management business, a UK market leader in the sector, is a national provider of repairs and maintenance, planned works, gas services, asset management, painting and roofing.
The business will be using the event as a platform to showcase its new proposition which has been developed to celebrate its strengths within the sector and better communicate its services to the market.
Through an interactive workshop, Mitie will outline the new proposition – which focuses on delivering positive outcomes to clients, customers and communities – and demonstrate its unique offering to clients and social housing providers.
The proposition has been aligned to three core areas:
- Integrated Property Management – the delivery of its key core services: repairs and maintenance, planned works, specialist services, painting, roofing, internal and external refurbishments, through single, bundled and integrated delivery models
- Partnership Solutions – bespoke flexible delivery models designed to meet clients’ needs
- Housing Futures - optimisation of clients’ properties and land, and providing solutions to changes in demand for housing
