MITIE secures contract with UniCredit Group

MITIE, the strategic outsourcing company, has secured the contract to provide front of house services to UniCredit Group, the major financial institution with more than 9,500 branches in 22 countries. 

The contract will run for three years with MITIE managing the reception team at their UK head office in London. As specialists in providing five star front-of-house services, MITIE’s client services team were able to offer bespoke customer service training, a proven track record in delivery and a truly customer focused approach that will enhance the existing service and the customer experience.
