MITIE is pleased to announce that they have recently been selected to design, install and maintain new state of the art electronic security systems at prestigious multi-tenant office complexes managed and maintained by PRUPIM and DTZ. 

The company’s electronic security specialists were commissioned by DTZ to assist in identifying the most suitable IP based Access Control, CCTV and ID management systems to meet the needs of the Finsbury Circus and Minster Court sites in London. 

The new systems, which will support DTZ in protecting the communal areas of both buildings, were designed to offer them flexibility for future expansion over the existing networks as tenant occupancy levels rise. The systems will also support enhanced security coverage allowing the on site security teams to have improved internal and external surveillance capabilities. 

The installation at Finsbury Circus was part of a major investment in the redevelopment of the office complex and required the MITIE team to work to a tight 8 week deadline to ensure that the security systems were in place for the opening of the new premises. 

The award of this contract further strengthens the relationship between MITIE and DTZ for whom they already provide manned security services across the UK.
