MITIE, one of the UK’s leading support services companies has recently launched a new business to provide clients with 5 star, client facing support services including Reception, Switchboard, Help Desk and Events Management.
The business has had an amazing start, having already won two major contracts with a combined value of over £6 million over the next three years. A major international investment bank has chosen MITIE to manage its Reception, Switchboard & Help Desk Services. In addition, MITIE’s Client Services business has also been chosen by Channel 4 to manage its front of house Reception, Switchboard and Help Desk services as part of a bundled services contract with MITIE also providing Mail services.
These high profile contract wins have given the new Client Services business a fantastic foundation for the future.
