Mitie, the facilities management company, has been recognised as a top employer in the Apprenticeship Careers awards.
The company was awarded the status of a Top 10 Apprenticeship Employer in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths), and an overall Top 50 Apprenticeship Employer in the UK.
Mitie’s technical apprenticeship programme, which was formed in 2001, has a 98% retention rate with many of their apprentices going on to senior management and director level positions in the company.
