Mitie has extended its contract with Standard Life, the savings and investment company.
The renewed contract, which follows a competitive tender process, will see Mitie’s Environmental + team of over 80 people delivering services across the Standard Life headquarters and properties in Edinburgh.
Services to be delivered under the contract will include cleaning, gritting, landscaping, pest control and window cleaning. Mitie’s catering business, Gather & Gather, will also be providing catering.
Mitie’s Environmental + team is the largest cleaning provider in Scotland and delivers specialist cleaning services to a range of private and public sector organisations.
Ruby McGregor-Smith CBE, Mitie's Chief Executive said: “We have built a successful partnership with Standard Life over the past eight years and are delighted to have the opportunity to develop this further and bring new initiatives to the contract.”
