Mitie, the facilities management company, has expanded its document management contract with global law firm Linklaters LLP.
The five year contract, providing reprographic and digital scanning services at its London offices, will be delivered by Mitie’s Total Document Management business.
Mitie was awarded the contract based on its existing relationship with the law firm, which employs over 2000 employees in the UK. Currently, Mitie provides onsite mail and distribution services.
The reprographics element of the contract was previously managed in house by Linklaters but the firm has seen the benefits of working with Mitie as a professional business services partner.
James Gilding, managing director of Mitie’s total document management business, said:
