Controlling and managing insurance claims requires considerable expertise. MITIE’s new service allows the whole process to be managed, from start to finish. Supported by a team of experts, including customer service, surveying, repair, and compliance professionals, MITIE will ensure that claims keep moving and that customers get the right outcomes.

The surescope™ process uses specialist expertise to manage the key drivers of claims costs - validation, scope, settlement route and repair management. Responsibility for the claim is retained by MITIE throughout the life of the insurance claim and customers are proactively supported. This approach results in a reduced claims cycle, lower costs and increased customer satisfaction, as well as, a guarantee that covers all the repair work.
