Mitie awarded waste management contract with Lucozade Ribena Suntory UK

Mitie has been awarded a three-year waste contract with soft drinks manufacturer, Lucozade Ribena Suntory

Mitie, the facilities management company, is proud have been awarded a three-year contract with soft drinks manufacturer, Lucozade Ribena Suntory to provide complete waste management services across its entire UK estate.

Mitie will be responsible for capturing all elements of the waste and recyclables process for Lucozade Ribena Suntory. This includes dry waste and skip services; waste reduction, re-use and recycling; energy recovery; strategic guidance on bulk effluent streams; office recycling and commodity trading (card, plastics, metals, pallets).

Already a high achiever in waste management practices, Lucozade Ribena Suntory’s current recycling performance at the Coleford site is over 99%. They are focused on building on this success by reusing their waste and giving it further value.
