Mitie’s property management business has secured a new contract win with Sanctuary Housing.
The six month contract, worth an estimated £4m, builds on Mitie’s six-year relationship with Sanctuary, through the delivery of a planned maintenance programme to their properties in Rochford.
This is the latest in a string of recent contract wins celebrated by the property management business, which has secured a succession of high value, long-term contracts in the sector, in recent months.
