Mitie, the facilities management company, has appointed Conrad Dean as managing director of its front of house business, Client Services.

Conrad, who previously held the role of account director within Mitie’s Integrated Facilities Management business, has progressed up through Mitie’s highly successful Key Accounts programme, which aims to develop Mitie’s most senior account directors and future leaders.

Prior to Mitie, Conrad worked extensively in the food and hospitality industry, in a number of high profile venues and with a portfolio of prestigious clients. Furthermore, in his earlier career, Conrad launched 'Perception', a successful specialist front of house business.
