Mitie has today announced that Charles Antelme DSO will take up a newly created role as Head of Defence.
Charles joins Mitie from Skarbek Associates, a management consultancy firm, where he served as the Managing Partner and Board Member responsible for the growth and development of the firm. Prior to this, Charles held senior business development and external affairs roles in the energy and security sectors. Prior to his commercial career, Charles spent 18 years in the Armed Forces, including with UK Special Forces, where he worked to the highest strategic levels in multi-agency and international operations, both in combat and advisory roles.
