Mitie’s security management business has been announced as a finalist at the inaugural Engage Awards 2016, in the ‘Best Use of Technology for Employee Engagement’ category.
The awards – the first of their kind in the UK – recognize all areas of excellence within customer and employee engagement, and Mitie has secured a place in the final for its unique operational management platform, Workplace+.
The online platform has revolutionized the way that Mitie engages with its security officers. It enables the employees to access the latest business and industry developments, view their schedule, submit holiday and uniform requests, and message their operations managers online – becoming their go-to hub for information.

This year’s winners will be announced in a glittering ceremony at the Westminster Park Plaza Hotel on Tuesday 8 November.
