Misys choose MITIE to provide five-star front-of-house and mail services

MITIE has won the contract to supply reception, switchboard and mailroom services to Misys, one of the largest application software and services providers in the world. 

The contract, worth over £750k, will run for three years with MITIE managing the main reception, on-site switchboard and the mailroom facility for their new building in Paddington. 

This win comes on the back of a very successful first year for MITIE’s new client services business, following its launch in May 2007. The new business has succeeded in defining the standard in five-star front-of-house services, specialising in reception, switchboard, helpdesk, meetings and event management services. 

Commenting on the contract award, Debra Ward, Managing Director of MITIE’s client services business said:
