MITIE has won the contract to supply reception, switchboard and mailroom services to Misys, one of the largest application software and services providers in the world.
The contract, worth over £750k, will run for three years with MITIE managing the main reception, on-site switchboard and the mailroom facility for their new building in Paddington.
This win comes on the back of a very successful first year for MITIE’s new client services business, following its launch in May 2007. The new business has succeeded in defining the standard in five-star front-of-house services, specialising in reception, switchboard, helpdesk, meetings and event management services.
