Mitie’s front of house business, Client Services, has won the Customer Focus Award at this year’s UK Customer Satisfaction Awards.

Mitie’s front of house business, Client Services, has won the Customer Focus Award at this year’s UK Customer Satisfaction Awards.

Now in its seventh year, the annual awards celebrate UK customer service achievements across the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Run by The Institute of Customer Service, the awards serve to showcase the organisations that place customer experience at the heart of their business strategy, and build a sustainable culture of customer service within their organisation.

At the glittering award ceremony, held at the Hilton on Park Lane yesterday evening, Mitie collected the Customer Focus Award in the Large Enterprise category. The award was merited for demonstrating a clear customer strategy which places the customer at the heart of its operation, delivered through and underpinned by great employee engagement.

Victoria Gilmour, Director of Client Services, who collected the award, said:
