MITIE, the strategic outsourcing and asset management company, has completed a high quality fit out over four floors at the Spencer Stuart Offices in Connaught Place.
The offices overlooking Hyde Park have been fitted out to a category B level for Spencer Stuart to accommodate their high level executive search consultancy requirements, including administrative support functions and client facing facilities. Landlord Connaught Unit Trust is handling the refurbishment to a category A standard.
At a total length of 37 weeks, MITIE delivered the project on time and to budget. Works had to be completed with consideration to both the Spencer Stuart staff who occupied the building throughout the development, and the residential area in which the building is located.
Upper floors of the office space have been configured predominantly in to cellular offices with open plan staff support desks. The ground floor comprises meeting rooms and staff dining facilities. Showers and service facilities such as vending points and break out areas have also been provided.
Founded in 1956 and privately owned, Spencer Stuart is one of the world's leading executive search consulting firms.
