Join more than 600 apprentices at Interserve

Interserve is proud to support National Apprenticeship Week because the company is dedicated to supporting its workforce to deliver best-in-class services to our clients and we believe apprenticeships are key to delivering on this promise.

Interserve, the international support services, construction and equipment services company, has almost 60,000 colleagues globally, with 32,000 employed in the UK. The company currently employs 624 apprentices and offers apprenticeships that range from entry level roles for those taking their first steps into a career, through to higher level professional schemes available for colleagues to upskill and progress.

There are a wide range of apprenticeship programmes including: engineering, construction management and opportunities within business functions such as IT and finance.

Lynn Mawdsley, Managing Director of Interserve’s Support Services division, said: “We know that investing and developing future talent supports our business to grow and succeed.”

“More than 130 people joined us through our Early Careers programmes during 2019 and they know there’s the potential to grow their careers with the company because there are people in our senior management team who first joined Interserve as apprentices.

“Interserve is a diverse organisation where you can bring your ideas, enthusiasm and passion to help us achieve our very best.”

National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) is coordinated by the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) and is designed to celebrate apprenticeships and the positive impact they have on individuals, businesses and the wider economy. NAS is part of the Education and Skills Funding Agency, which is an executive agency of Department for Education.

To recognise NAW Interserve will be posting features on our apprentices throughout the week.
