Interserve Group Limited proud to support National Customer Service Week

Interserve Group Limited, the international support services, construction and equipment services group, is proud to support the National Customer Service Week and to highlight the excellent work undertaken by customer service professionals across the company’s global accounts.

Interserve employs 68,000 people working to support 7,500 clients. Colleagues deliver services ranging from front of house functions at major manufacturers and government offices through to supporting total facilities management contracts in the Middle East and delivering key roles supporting the Ministry of Defence.

The Institute of Customer Service launched National Customer Service Week (NCSW) to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.

Jeff Flanagan, Interserve’s Managing Director for the Business & Industry Business Unit, said: “We are delighted to support NCSW because we believe in delivering the best possible customer service to our clients.

“We have invested in our own Customer Experience team to ensure that our colleagues receive the right training to enable them to provide an excellent customer experience - regardless of whether our employees are in a customer-facing role or work supporting those that are.

“We further support our colleagues to develop and grow by encouraging them to complete NVQs and further learning. We have more than 700 apprentices at any one time, which illustrates our commitment to equipping our colleagues to deliver for their customers.”

Interserve invests in improving the customer experience by developing systems and processes to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.

Interserve will be showcasing our commitment to Customer Service throughout the week and promoting our content via: #NCSW19.
