As a proud member of Working Forward, we know that pregnancy and maternity can be a crucial time in any woman’s career and are committed to supporting new parents in our workplace.

Mitie is one of 100 businesses that have signed up to the Government-backed initiative since it launched in September, forming a coalition of like-minded organisations working together and sharing best practice to ensure employees have the most positive experience possible.

To celebrate this milestone, we are sharing ‘thank yous’ from working mothers and their families. Watch the video here and find out what happens below when the kids take charge!

To join the conversation, you can add your own message on social media by posting a picture or video clip using the hashtags #WorkingForward and #IWD2017.
