Mitie has appointed Peter Nisbet as Director of Energy to lead its energy division.
Peter’s focus will be on driving the continued growth of Mitie’s energy services, whilst also retaining its position as market leaders in energy procurement and risk management. Peter has 20 years’ experience in the energy sector with Utilyx and prior to that with Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE).
Mitie Energy combines the expertise of its technical services business and its strategic energy consultancy Utilyx – bought by Mitie in 2012 – giving Mitie the capability to serve all its client’s energy needs, from buying and remotely monitoring energy to delivering bespoke technical solutions.
