Mitie’s end-to-end document solutions business, Total Document Management (TDM), has secured a new three-year contract with global business advisory firm, FTI Consulting.

Mitie will deliver the management of FTI’s on-site print, mail and porterage functions as well as the procurement of related services including equipment, couriers, stationery and print for the agency’s London office.

TDM was awarded the contract based on its reputation within the professional services sector, and continued use of innovative technology in its offerings.

One of the key services delivered as part of the contract is TDM’s new mailroom offering – Pinpoint – a track and trace technology to provide real-time, accurate and auditable tracking of the movement of all incoming accountable items.
