Mitie’s property management business has been awarded a new, long-term contract with Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association (ISHA), worth £21million across the full term.

The new five-year partnership, with the option to extend by two further five-year periods, will see Mitie deliver responsive repairs and voids works to social housing properties across the six London boroughs for ISHA.

To kick-start the relationship and celebrate the new partnership, a team from Property Management spoke at ISHA’s strategic Board away day. The team, comprising of Richard Hughes, Partnership Development Director and Robbie Tucker, Senior Client Relationship Manager, spoke about their commitment to deliver a high calibre, market leading service to its new client.

Mat Bishop, Managing Director for Mitie Property Management, said: “We are delighted to be working with ISHA over potentially such a long term. We understand how important a high quality, reliable service is to our clients, and to their residents and look forward to continuing to work with ISHA to support this, in order to deliver positive outcomes for our clients, customers and the communities we work within.”

Clare Thomson, ISHA Chief Executive said “This procurement process is one of the most important contractual relationships for the ISHA Group. The success of our working together will very much be judged by how satisfied our customers are with these essential services.”
