Mitie has been awarded an expanded contract with Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) for the provision of front of house services at their office in London.
AGCS is a world-leading financial services company, providing a comprehensive range of corporate and specialty insurance services to a global network that spans across more than 210 countries.
Mitie has been providing a number of services for AGCS since 2010, including mechanical and electrical maintenance, cleaning, security, pest control, asset management, waste management and mailroom. The contract expansion will see Mitie deliver reception services over the next three years.
Mitie was awarded the contract as a result of its track record as one of the leading UK front of house providers, and its focus on 5-star service standards. Another key element in securing the contract was the emphasis that Mitie places on its people and their development, supporting them to deliver an exceptional and memorable service.
