Mitie, the facilities management company, has been awarded a three-year extension to its current integrated facilities management (FM) contract with Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) at their office in London.
AGCS is a world-leading financial services company, providing a comprehensive range of corporate and specialty insurance services to a global network that spans across more than 160 countries.
Mitie has been providing a number of services for AGCS since 2010, including mechanical and electrical maintenance, cleaning, security, pest control, waste management and mailroom. The new contract will see Mitie deliver additional intelligent building and energy management services to AGCS’s headquarters at 60 Gracechurch Street, London.
Mitie was awarded the contract due to its innovation, intelligent building and energy optimisation offering, as well as its excellent delivery track record and positive relationship with AGCS.
